1. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

2. Refund Policy: Refunds are only available within 3 hours of order confirmation. After this period, all sales are final.

3. International Shipping: Most of our items are available for international shipping. Please allow up to 3 additional days for complete fulfillment in certain cases.

4. Payment Policy: We do not charge any amount outside of the bank registered with our shop.

5. Bespoke Items: We do not sell self-branded (bespoke) items to different customers.
